We have seen many amber alerts for missing people, and many videos of kids just wondering out the house with strangers finding them and having to call cps, and the police because they don't have any information to help identify the child, or know who to call.
Here we have created 2 emergency ID Cards.{1} A front and back Emergency ID {2} A Emergency Medical ID. These are free printable's and Editable templates you that you can type your information on the template and just download and print it.
Creating these cards are easy and simple if you have most of these tools and items at home, and the time to do it yourself.

White card-stock or postcard paper 4 × 6 or larger.
